Cancellation Policy

At Infinity And Beyond Travels, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy ensures transparency and fairness for all bookings.

1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date: Full refund (excluding service fees).
  • Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2. Flight & Hotel Cancellations

  • Airline and hotel cancellation policies vary by provider. Refunds will be subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable or require additional cancellation charges as per the airline/hotel policy.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a traveler fails to show up for the trip without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or medical emergencies:

  • We will assist in rescheduling or provide refunds based on supplier policies.
  • Documentation may be required to process special cancellation requests.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after cancellation approval.
  • Payment will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.

6. Changes & Modifications

  • Date changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
